Tips: Rikomagic MK802III ny mjukvara släppt (20130510)

Min sticka har fastnat i bootscreen. så jag tänkte köra Recoverytool, och i worddokumentet står det hur man skall göra, dock kan jag inte hitta det resethål på min sticka som de visar på bilden, där finns inget hål....
Hålet skulle enligt bild vara efter texten Rikomagic MK 802 III på ovansidan.

Nån som har tips på hur man löser detta?

 

Har du inte ett lite hål på sidan? Så är det på piconord 802SE i alla fall och jag tror dem är snarlika.

 

Har du inget hål så har du gamla modellen, du måste ta bort skalet och kortsluta NAND chippet för att få den i recovery mode, se nedan:

Recovery/update steps
Firstly, download recovery tooland recovery firmware,(img file) from official website or get from sales.

Download, decompression the folder and find to double click, below screen will pop out, then add img file.

Second, connect MK802 III with computer.
Pls provide 1pcs thin metal stick
Remove the bottom cover of MK802 III,as below,
Take out the USB cable(Mirco USB to USB A cable),connect with USB OTG of the unit,
Then according to below indication, put the thin metal stick between 6th and 7th pin of the flash.

Don’t loose the stick, at same time, connect the USB cable with computer, after 3-5s,loose the stick.

There will pop out a window guide to install new HW driver, please install according to below step one by one:

Select “next”

Choose the option as picture, then click browse, find outfrom recovery tool folder, then click “next” to install.


When finished installation, the computer will pop out below window, then click “finish”


After installation, the “connect device” icon on the “batchtool” will changed to blue, as below:

Then Click “update” for recovery, as below .

This procedure will cost 3 minutes also, pls wait patiently, during recovery/upgrade, don’t remove the usb cable.

When this prompt window appears, then means recovery is successful, pull out USB cable, then total process is finished.

Notice:
1. Same computer just need install driver for one time;
2. First turn on the unit after recovery/update will cost more long time, and even occur some lag issue, it’s normal since internal apk file need be decompressed and occupy RAM, after 5 minutes, then system running well. So don’t worry about that.
