Problem: Kan inte använda mp3 låtar som alarmsignal efter Lollipop

Frugan har en Z2 och har alltid använt mp3 låtar som larmsignaler, men efter Lollipop så kan hon inte längre välja mer än förinställda larmsignaler. Den gamla ikonen med 2 noter på har försvunnit i larminställningar , hon kan välja vilken låt som helst som ringsignal, men denna dyker aldrig upp som alternativ för larmsignaler. I min Galaxy S6 med Lollipop finns det möjlighet att lägga till valfri fil som larmsignal. Har Sony tagit bort den funktionen medvetet, eller är det en bug ?

Någon som har en lösning för detta ?

 

Hello, where is those mp3 files stored? What i mean is are those files saved into internal storage?

 

Tried to connect , but I guess I need to install PC-Companion, or what they call it, will give it a shot tomorrow. I would assume that music files are on Micro SD card since she moved music from her Acro-S to Z2 about a year ago.

Does it only work if mp3 files are mounted on internal storage ? It worked well until this week. I don't know if an update caused the problem. Mp3 as SMS and Ringtones does still work as before.

 

Not sure, I will absolutely check it out tomorrow for you (Swedish time) But if you/she is looking for music and using that as alarm, notification or call ringtone. Lets say i want to have David Guetta Dangerous, the appilication i use is called Audiko, got it from the play store

 

@Håcke I tried and the way it worked out for me is to place the mp3 file into Internal storage - Alarms. If I find another easier way round will tell you.

 

At the risk of hijacking the thread, something strange happened to me, concerning signals. I can no longer use personal ring signals. Whoever calls me now I only get the regular signal, that is the one I set for those who don't have their own. Ok it's not the biggest problem in the world, but I'm curious what the reason could be. All my music is stored in the same place.

 

And the music is located where exactly?

 

On the sd card but so is the track use for regular calls as well. It's not a problem accessing the music per se, but to get personal songs to work.
