We are sorry to hear you are encountering issues with the fingerprint scanner on your Google Pixel 2 XL.
Unfortunately, due to a change in their warranty policy, Google support will no longer allow for us to book Google Pixel products in for repair/exchange on behalf of customers. This means you will need to book the phone in using the link below.

This will give you the option to ask for a Google representative to contact you to arrange the booking.
You will then be provided with labels to return the phone to Google. But, it is not possible for you to directly send the phone to Google support from Sweden. As they will only deal with phones in the UK. This includes the address that they are willing to send the phone to after repair.
So, we would advise providing our address details during the booking process.

When sending the Google Pixel 2 XL to us please ensure you have a valid booking with Google support. Please also include the address labels supplied by Google with our address details. As otherwise, we will be unable to proceed with sending it to Google support, and the phone will be returned at your cost.
Please also include the return document we have sent you today by a separate email.
The customer is liable for return shipping costs to Clove Technology, and also the return following repair.
