Upon reading your e-mail, I've immediately checked everything regarding your order at the carrier's website.
They informed me that there is a glitch in the system at the moment and order which are travelling just normally are marked as returning.
This happens, e.g., when the address label has been scratched, is illegible or has even peeled off partly.
The parcel is in transit, it simply is not scanned properly by the carrier.
I have immediately sent a request to the carrier, to properly check the status of this package.
Please do not worry, they will resolve this issue with the tracking and your order will arrive just as estimated."
