Just received the screen protector I purchased from you a bit over a
week ago, and I regret to say that I'm nowhere near the feeling of
getting what I paid for. Instead of - as the picture related to the
item (and the package itself) - getting a screen protector that covers
the whole front of my tablet I got a squared plastic film to be placed
on top of the 7" screen area only. This is not the case with your
image.
Not happy with my purchase and I can honestly say that there's no
reason for me to recommend this article for other owners of the same
tablet (rather the opposite) as this is a case of "wasted money" for
me.

Yeah, I kind of expected an answer like that. The thing is that I looked at the image, and ordered what I saw.
And I still have to ask you - if you're only selling something that just covers the screen part of the tablet, how come the photo shows something that is labeled "screen protector" and covers the whole front? Are you saying you sell some covers that do cover the whole front and some that don't?
I'd say you're shooting yourself in the foot asking me to tell you where it states it will cover the whole front when it actually does - does on the photo.
Advice to you:
Either change the image or specify more clearly in description of the item sold.
As I said - money wasted = bad rep.
And really - don't bother with even mentioning refund as I suspect it will cost me more or less the same amount of money to ship it back to you as the price I paid for it. (Since postage is not included in your refund conditions) But you do need to think about how you describe what you sell.

To clarify our competitors sell screen protectors which some times don't cover all the screen ,
You can't answer my question because you know i am 100% wright.
The image is as per item manufacturer and we have sold hundreds and never had a customer complaint.
Don't tell me how to run my business you idiot.
