ESIM COMVIQ problem...

    Hello everyone,
    Can someone explain to me step by step how to set up ESIM in COMVIQ?
    unfortunately, I don't know Swedish and I will be living here for a while and I would really need dual sim in my Iphone.
    It says on the operator's website that if I want to get an esim, I have to call the hotline.
    When I call, there is no hint of how to get an esim.
    I would like to ask for help from someone who has already made it and knows the whole procedure.

    you'll need to contact Comviq customer support to order an eSIM, you can not do it yourself. I think that they still send them out through regular post, so if you'll change phone you would need to order a new one a while before. :)

    You can either call Comviq and just choose that you want to speak about "abonnemangsfrågor" or something similar. You can also chat with them, the chat opens on Tuesday at 9 am. You'll find the chat here.

    Yes... this chat dont work, always leaves a message "please check your internet connection and try again". Needless to say, I checked on different devices.
    And when I tried to contact with Comviq by the number 0772-21 21 21. here's only voice mail, there is even no option to connect to a living human.. is there any other number? or do I have to enter some specific numbers to order it?

    Chat should work fine, turn off any adblock or any other such plugin you may have.

    Ordered my eSIM through their chat.

    Their phone line (0772-212121) is open mon-fri 9-17.

    Use FireFox and try.. i had also problem using Google Chrome with Comviq and also other companies, i guess because of my Ad-Blocking..
