Please be advised that it is entirely down to coincidence whether you would receive your reward sooner or later than other participants.
As stated in our email of the 28th of October, the reward should be sent within 30 to 60 days after the approval of your claim.

We can, however, advise that the reward is currently waiting for the couriers to pick it up for delivery.
Once this has happened, you will be contacted regarding this via email.
