Enligt dem påstås specarna vara enligt nedan:
- A 5.2-inch OLED HD display in 1080p resolution. It is said that LG and Google deliberately avoided a 2K panel for now to keep the Nexus 2015 within the affordable zone.
- An eight-core Snapdragon 620 chip with up to 4GB of RAM. Originally, speculations pointed on the Snapdragon 820 as the next Nexus main engine but opting for the 620 made the device buyer-friendly.
- A camera system with a 13MP rear shooter that is laced with a 6-element f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization or OIS and laser auto focus. The front-facing cam has a 4MP sensor. These shooting specs indicated that LG somehow modelled the Nexus 5 2015 after the LG G4.
- A 3180mAh battery with wireless charging baked in, again reliving one of the more popular features of the original Nexus 5.
- The power button is rear-located and is embedded with a fingerprint scanner as indicated previously that Android M will natively support biometric features.
- A USB Type-C Connector with Quick Charging technology is also said to be on board, which promises not only superfast power recharging but also quick data transfer.
- Finally, the Nexus 5 2015 frame is reportedly made of metal but the back plate is of scratch-resistant plastic with matte finish.

* 64-bit quad-core 1.8GHz ARM® Cortex™ A72 and quad-core 1.2GHz A53 CPU
* LPDDR3
* Next generation Qualcomm® Adreno™ GPU (Sannolikt Adreno 5xx-serien, vilket vore riktigt trevligt!)
Här går det att läsa om Cortex A72:
http://www.arm.com/products/processors/cortex-a/cortex-a72-processor.php . De skriver dock följande "The improved performance and power-efficiency of the Cortex-A72 processor will redefine the rich connected and context-aware experiences delivered to consumers by premium
devices in 2016, scaling from premium smartphones to large and mid-size tablets, clamshell, and convertible form factors."
