Please follow the steps below.
1.back up your data.
As an addition, you can check if all data was successfully back up. You can check at
www.google.com/dashboard. Otherwise, if it is not successful you may back up you data on your computer.
You can sync your Google account to backup Apps data, wifi settings, pictures and contacts. Make sure you have enabled auto sync and backup data from settings. For music, video or other files, you can copy the files to computer by connecting the USB cable.
Turn off the phone completely.
Press and hold the volume down and Power button.
Select English
Select Wipe data and cache "Wipe data and cache" (yes - done)
Select Wipe data and cache then "Wipe data" (yes-done)
7.Select Wipe data and cache then "Wipe cache" (yes-reboot).
