Samsung Galaxy GT-N7000 wifi problems after upgrading to android 4.2.1

Hi all,

I can not get the wifi to work on my Samsung Galaxy (GT-N7000) after upgrading the software to Android version 4.2.1.
When i press the wifi button, it will just light for about 1 second, then that "green" wifi gradually turns back to grey (deactivated mode).
Will another upgrade to Android 4.3 work with this phone?

Hi!

One idea is to do a factory reset on the phone.
After an update it is wise to do a reset on the phone, especially on the older versions of Android.


There are no further updates to your phone. But there are several unofficial ROMs available that are bulit on 4.4.4 KitKat. But its not the easiest thing to do!

I did the first step a couple of times already but to no avail...
