[APP] LG GetRIL 0.4 - 2011/08/09

LG GetRIL

LG GetRIL lets you see and change some of your Optimus 2X radio information.

Features:

• Device support: LG Optimus 2X (more devices probably coming)
• See the device's current RIL & baseband
• Recommends RIL for based on the device's baseband version
• Recommends a baseband based on the device's RIL version
• Backup & restoration of the RIL
• Downloading and installation of a new matching RIL (hosted by me*)
• Got an unknown RIL (not in the database)? E-mail it to me directly from the app and I'll try to sort things out
• Localized to: English, Danish, Dutch, German, French, Czech, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Russian**

Note: Some features needs Superuser to work properly

* I'm hosting the RIL files myself, so here's hoping we're not running into any bandwidth issues
** If you want to help out with translations: see this string.xml (I'll keep it updated between releases)

jag har provat den nu... det visade sej att jag tydligen har Ril 0502 och baseband 0530 hur det nu gick till :/ iallafall så händer inget när jag installerar 0530 ril:en via appen ( har även bootat om) det står samma som jag hade innan

 

Dessa två RIL:s är faktiskt identiska, så därav fallet. Bör givetvis uppdatera detta inuti applikationen.

 

aha ja det låter ju bekant

cool app iallafall! jag har ställt in den på att uppdatera ril:en vid ominstallation nu eftersom jag kör cyanogen osv... (har inte hunnit installera någon ny cyanogen ännu) verkar händigt!

Får inte din app att funka. Det står att den laddat hem och installerat nya RILen men när jag startar om telefonen är det samma gamla.. GB-rom från Modaco och försöker installera GB-rilen.
Det står att den här rootaccess när den startar och jag gav den det första gången jag startade appen.

Det låter onekligen skumt.
Om du installerar RIL:en och trycker på bakåt-knappen, för att avsluta GetRIL, och sedan startar appen igen - står det alltså inte 622GB som RIL?

Vilken version utav GetRIL kör du, 0.2?

 

Vet inte om jag ev. skrev lite fel. Det jag menade är att RIL:en som är installerad från början är GB-leak men har ett annat baseband där 0405 rekommmenderas. När jag väljer att installera 0405 så står det att "RIL:en installerades korrekt".

Har även testat att starta om telefonen och direkt göra installation av RIL dock utan resultat. Vet inte om GB-leaken hindrar detta eller om den inte får skrivrättighet korrekt?

Kör senaste versionen.

 

Tror att jag har lyckats finna och lösa denna bug. En ev. kommer hur som helst att finnas med i nästa version, 0.2.1 - som bör komma ut i kväll/natt.

Den RIL:en är mig fortfarande okänd. Ser emellertid inte ut som att den tillhör 0725, utan snarare 0622. Du borde nog installera en matchande RIL till BB 0725 (som finns med i appen).
