ERROR 131 vid unroot??

tjena! Körde precis en unroot på min desire men fick error 131 CUSTOMER ID ERROR...
Laddade ner den RUU som finns på dreamhawks root guide..
min telefon är dock inte från sverige, kan det ha något med det att göra?

Kom den typ halvvägs? Har du nu en svart htc bakgrund med en trekant i varje hörn? Isåfall behöver du inte oroa dig, bara rycka batteriet och köra igen, så ska du se att det fungerar.

 

Kom nog aldrig så långt :/ Hade framme HTC i grått typ
den började och så stod det restart to bootloader och sen började den Sending....... och efter 1-2 min kom error 131 :/

 

Jepp det har hänt mig en 8 gånger om jag unrootat ca 14gånger, ryck batteriet och kör igen. Då du ryckt batteriet och slagit på telefonen igen, bör det vara svart/mörkgrå bakgrund (svart ser inte alltid svart ut på amoled) och htc skrivert i silver i mitten. och en silver triangel i varje hörn med utropstecken.

kan du kolla om det stämmer?

Har du htc sync drivrutinerna installerade på datorn (programet behövs ej)

 

uhm det som hände var att jag startade RUUn, den körde igång -> startade om telefonen i den Grå Htc loggan kom fram, inga utropstecken eller ngt. den var där ett tag sen fick jag error, jag klickade på exit... Telefonen startade om sig själv och bootade upp rcmix igen..

 

aha, hmm hadde du minst 30% i batteriet? annars slår ruun automatiskt ifrån.

Vad har du för pvt version på din desire, står i bootloadern. Min är köpt i holland pvt1 brukar använda den där ruun som du använde.

 

hade 100% batteri och jag kör PVT3

 

Rom Update Utility (RUU)

Getting Started

Before you run the ROM Update Utility (RUU), make sure you have done the following:
· The correct PC driver for your Android phone has been installed.
· The Android phone is connected to your PC using the USB cable.
· The PC must recognize the Android phone.
· Standby or hibernation mode of your PC has been disabled.
· Close all running applications on the PC.

Important Do not interact with your Android phone unless the RUU wizard instructs you to do so.

General Procedure on Installing the ROM Update Utility (RUU)


1. Installing the ROM Update Utility (RUU) will delete ALL information and data on your Android phone. We recommend that you back up your personal data from the Android phone to your PC by using PC Sync Tools.

2. On your PC, run the ROM Update Utility (RUU) to install the ROM update to your Android phone. (The next section will provide you a detailed procedure on how to install the ROM Update).

3. Restore your data back to your Android Phone using PC Sync Tools.


How to Install the ROM Update

Warning: Installing the ROM Update Utility (RUU) will delete ALL information and data on your Android phone.

1. On theWelcome screen, click Next to begin the RUU installation.

2. Check the listed instructions in the dialog box and make sure you have done them. Click Next to proceed.

3. A message will then be displayed indicating that the utility is verifying and acquiring information about the Android phone as preparation for the update process. Wait for this verification process to be finished.

4. After the verification process, current information about the Android phone will be displayed. Click Update to proceed.

5. Below the Android phone information, information about the current image version and the new image update version will be displayed. If you are sure that you want to install the new RUU, click Next to proceed.

6. A confirmation message will appear and show the time it will take to install the necessary files (including radio image) to the Android phone. Click Next to begin the update. A progress bar will run through the screen during the update process.

Note: In the middle of the update process, the progress bar may stop moving. This is normal as the RUU is automatically adjusting itself to complete the update process.

7. When you see the screen below, it means the RUU update is complete. Click Finish to exit the utility.


Troubleshooting and Error Recovery

Almost all RUU-related errors can be recovered. When an error occurs, the utility will display an error message and provide recovery measures to allow you to continue the update process.

If errors cannot be recovered, please refer to the Q&A section for more details.

ERROR [110 FILE OPEN ERROR
This error message indicates that the RUU lacks some specific files or they are damaged, so the RUU cannot continue with the update. You have to get the complete RUU package and try again.

ERROR [120 MAIN BATTERY POWER
This error message will appear when the Android phone’s battery power is not sufficient (Batter power should be more than 30%). Although RUU will instruct you to plug in the AC adapter, it will still need to make sure that your Android phone has enough power to complete the update. (The Android phone cannot charge the battery when it is connected to the PC while installing the RUU).

ERROR [130 MODEL ID ERROR
ERROR [131 CUSTOMER ID ERROR
One of these error messages will appear when you use the wrong RUU to do the update. The RUU will check if the Model ID and Language ID are compatible with the Android phone. Make sure you use the correct RUU to update.

ERROR [155~159 IMAGE ERROR
One of these error messages will appear when you use the incorrect RUU to update and the image file size is larger than the Flash ROM size. In this case, download the correct RUU version and try again.

ERROR [170 USB CONNECTION ERROR
Thiserror message will appear when the Android phone is not correctly connected to the host PC. It might be a USB connection problem or a PC USB driver problem. Make sure the Android phone is connected to the host PC correctly and/or check if the PC driver matches the Android phone.


Q & A for RUU Update

1.Q: What should I do before calling the service center for help?
A: Take note of the error message (error no.) shown on the setup screen of your PC so you can tell the service center person the error.

2.Q: How long will it take for the verification process to finish?
A: It takes around 1 minute to finish the verification process but it also depends on the speed of your PC.

3.Q: What should I do if I see the progress bar is not moving on the Android phone?
A: DON’T DO ANYTHING. This is normal as the RUU is adjusting itself to complete the process. You should not interrupt it by disconnecting the Android phone from the PC unless you are instructed to do so.

4. Q: During the update, the progress bar is moving. If the error message (ERROR [150], [151]…[159]) appears, what should I do?
A: This may occur when the connection is lost, power is lost, the computer host is down, or due to other unexpected reasons. You will see some information on the Android phone’s screen. If the progress bar is moving, it means the update is processing, and your Android phone will reboot automatically and the update is successful. If your Android phone's screen shows exclamation marks in four corners, it means the update has failed. The Android phone will not be able to go into the Android screen. This problem usually can be recovered. You need to follow the instructions in the error message box, which is to reset the Android Phone and run the RUU again.

5. Q: During the update, the progress bar has stopped moving for a few minutes, but there is no error message, what should I do?
A: You can disconnect your Android phone from the USB cable first to see if there’s any error message that appears. If there’s an error message, please follow the instructions to try to recover. If there’s no error message, please reset the Android phone and run the RUU again. If the problem persists, reset your PC and try again.

6. Q: If I encounter ERROR [170 USB CONNECTION ERROR, what should I do?
A: You can reset the Android phone and run the RUU again. If the problem persists, reset your PC and try again.

7. Q: If I encounter ERROR [120 LOW MAIN BATTERY POWER, what should I do?
A: This error message appears when your Android phone’s battery power is not sufficient (Battery power should be more than 30%.) Although the RUU will instruct you to plug the phone to the AC adapter, it still has to make sure that your Android phone has enough power to update the ROM. The Android phone battery cannot be charged while doing the RUU update.

8. Q: I used RUU to update and it failed. Now, my Android phone always boots in the RUU failed mode and cannot enter the Android Home screen anymore, what should I do?
A: This is normal and can be recovered. Follow the instructions below to reset your Android phone and to establish a connection with the PC.
1. Disconnect your Android phone from the USB cable.
2. Reset your Android phone (Remove and reinstall the battery).
3. Reconnect your Android Phone to the USB cable.
4. Check if the Android phone is recognized by the PC.
5. Return to the ROM Update Utility.

1. Yes you need a gold card as you're branded. A gold card is needed to flash any stock ROM from a different vendor to your original one
2. The latest stock ROM is 2.29.405.5, which you can get from Shipped-ROMs.com (or if that fails Google the RUU file name, there are other uploads around for it)
3. Once you have your gold card, put it in the phone and turn on holding the back button. Once in FASTBOOT, connect to the PC and once it says 'FASTBOOT USB' on the Desire run the RUU. Allow it to run and you'll be done

Ja s-off är busenkelt, enda anledningen till att det verkar vara stort och svårt är för att folk är rädda för att bricka. men kopplar man inte ur usb kabeln förän alpharev skivan säger "finished, enjoy your freedom" tror inte jag det är någon större fara.

Jag har själv s-off att min desire 10 gånger eller mer.

Provade att köra unrevoked igen Fick "This was a triumph" och sen skrev jag in pin kod och då kom det Internal error:failed to unlock NAND flash?

 

Sådär!!! Körde unrevoked 3.14 och då gick det utan problem att flasha in ny recovery!! ) så nu har jag amon-ra

Har också fått errors innan, jag starta om luren. Stängde av brandvägg + antivirus i datorn, körde igen och det funkade.

Testa köra RUU som Dreamhawk har i sin unroot guide, det är exakt den basbandversionen jag hade när jag fick mobilen. Eller har du köpt din mobil i sverige? Jag är inte säker på sånt här men jag hade kört på den i dreamhawks guide under unroot för den är standard 2.2 froyo I think
