Hur man rootar 4.0.4 ics

Hi everyone, i made a tutorial on how to root 4.0.4 (ICS) on active...

Just follow the easy steps below, but be carryful, i am not resonsible for any damage on your phone so do it on your own risk! Ofcourse i will be able to help.... feel free to comment and give feedback!

Good luck rooting

Step1:
*Download Flashtool (the windows program we are going to work with).... you can find download link here:

And install it...

Step2:
* If you have ICS download this:https://hotfile.com/dl/162560090/00fcfdc/Xperia_Active_(ST17i)_4.0.2.A.0.42_CE.ftf.html
And send it to C:\Flashtool\firmwares.....
Open Flashtool, click on the lightning icon, select flashmode... select flash 4.0.2.a.42 firmware and follow the instructions on the screen....


Step3
* BOOT up your phone, enable "USB DEBUGGING, "UNKNOWN SOURCES" and connect your phone to your pc in the "MSC" mode...
Open flashtool and click on the "unlocked lock icon" (one step right from the lightning icon)... it will root your GB.

Step4
*Download this file: http://www.mediafire.com/?b4sxp7a3i8gc48i and extract it to an empty folder, run "01-local-prop" and follow the instructions...
when thats done boot your phone up and Flash ICS like you did with gb (ICS FTF.download link:http://www.mediafire.com/?d00i7nzt75l2m45 ) Warning!!! uncheck "wipe data" on the flashing for ICS, othewise your phone will die!!!
Then run "02-push-root-files" and follow the instructions....
when that is done reboot your phone and you have official ICS 4.0.4 and root!!
