My knee has jumped out of its position 3 times now, all times from football(soccer). I would continiue playing football because I've been putting my life into it and my question is if there's anything I can do to lower the risk of the knee jumping out of its position again, if there's any protection item to use for the knee?
Maybe you should go to a doctor and ask him, I think you'd get a better answer from a proffessional guy
My knee regulary jumped out of position a lot when I was younger. When I visited a doctor he said he didn't want to do anything with it because I was too young. Although, I suggest you go to the doctor so he can tell you further what to do.
Football has never been good for knees, I know this from own experience. My knees aren't well either, but they don't jump out of position for that. I'll can just say the same as the rest, go to a docter, he'll tell you what to do! Good luck!
Just a wild guess, but it could have something to do with how you place your foot when you run, leading to a lot more stress on the knees and lower legs than necessary. Although I don't think it would cause your knee to jump, it's definitely worth it to have a look at it, it's mostly not easy to spot unless you check it up yourself. Good luck!
