köpt Motorola DROID RAZR XT912 från Kina och får ingen 3G täckning!

som rubriken lyder bestälde jag mig en Motorola DROID RAZR XT912 från Hong Kong Kina för 3 veckor sedan... fick mobilen igår och nu till problemet går att ringa o har motagning men får ingen 3G täckning och har provat alla möjliga inställningar. alltså kan jag inte surfa och det mobilen värdelös i mina ögon... någon som kan hjälpa mig ?
