Problem: Problem med JB , 4.0.4

Lång historia kort,
började när JB-OTA kom och jag skulle installera den, fick jag error 7 på någon fil.
Jag är säker jag körde stock men den ville inte ändå så jag körde in 4.0.4 från googles factory images:
Factory Images "soju" for Nexus S (worldwide version, i9020t and i9023)
4.0.4 (IMM76D)

Slutar med att den bara kommer till boot-logo och står där i all evighet.

Körde in 2.3.6 (GRK39F) istället och den fungerar utan att den klagar på något, så när man väl startat den kommer OTA för 4.0.4, även den failar med error 7.

Nedan output för flash för respektive 2.3.6 och 4.0.4

Samsung support sa lämna in, men känns lite dumt, måste ju gå att fixa.
