You need root permission. As i mentioned in a thread you can downgrade to fw 314 and install recovery and place rom in and flash rom based on 167...

Looks like no one has built root tool yet.. So i guess you have to flash recovery manually, try to flash cwm recovery and then tell me if it worked.
