Doogee Mix

Vi får se hur Maze Alpha presterar, det blir spännande med en helt ny tillverkare och den har mycket gemensamt med DOOGEE Mix. Vad gäller slutomdömet av DOOGEE Mix (och alla andra mobiler på marknaden) så ska man vänta på att det kommer uppdateringar med buggfixar när det är nya. Även min OnePlus 3 hade buggar och problem i början som nu är helt åtgärdade.

 

Kan ju inte säga hur det är med andra Doogee modeller men med min F7 Pro så funkar ju inte uppdateringarna alls.

 

Har Doogee gått ut med någon information kring alla problem som rewviewers har stött på?

 

Även jag har haft problem med mjukvarubuggar på olika lurar men aldrig i närheten av de problem som Chinemobilemag visar i deras video av Doogee Mix. Att Linus gav rådet att hellre kolla på lurar från Xiaomi, Lenovo och Meizu bekräftar det flera av oss redan sagt tidigare i tråden, det är klasskillnad när det gäller kvalitet mellan små företag i stil med Doogee och de stora kinesiska företagen.

 

Jag vet av erfarenhet att DOOGEE mobiler och med säkerhet att buggarna överlag är få och att de som finns fixas med uppdateringar. Jag känner ingen som helst oro i den frågan.

Ara, du måste ha en direktkanal till Doogee. Du får näst intill buggfria mobiler från dem som får ota uppdateringar som fixar de buggar som finns. Kan jag också få tillgång till den kanalen?

 

Fullt möjligt, jag har ingen som helst erfarenhet av den modellen.

The Doogee Mix is available in the "Aurora Blue" version. This one shines completely in a dark blue, which makes some optically. Doogee's design has been very successful. The smartphone looks handsome and feels absolutely high quality. The processing is at a very good level. The buttons sit firmly in place. If we have something to complain about, then that Doogee has coated the plastic struts in the metal frame with varnish. Since these parts are exposed to mechanical stress, the lacquer may be peeled off over time.

Both the front and back of the Doogee Mix are covered with 2.5D Gorilla Glass 5. That the back of a budget smartphone is made of tempered glass is a rarity. We must praise Doogee for this. In fact, slipping on a steed table does not cause scratches on the back glass. So you do not necessarily have to use a protective cover that would hide the beauty of the Doogee mix.

An extremely annoying bug is that the display goes off, if the display brightness is too low. Once this is done, it is extremely difficult to raise the brightness again to activate the display again. But even without changing the brightness of the display, it often happens that the display suddenly goes out. You must then send the smartphone one or two times into the standby and reactivate it. Then the display goes back on.

Another problem is the battery life. A battery charge is currently only for half a day. This is due to the great optimization of the system, which generates a high CPU load and thus consumes unnecessarily electricity, but also that the smartphone is not reliably in the Deep Sleep. Fast-Charging (if you want to call it) is also fault-prone. The charging time is very inconsistent. Time the Doogee Mix is full in just 2 hours, then it takes again 4 hours.

As you can see, the Doogee Mix has some software problems that Doogee will hopefully solve very soon. We find it very unfortunate that Doogee did not manage to complete the software in time. Purely from the hardware, the Doogee Mix is a fine device and a real snapper. We will use the Doogee Mix simply times (despite the errors) as Daily Driver and then deliver in about a week a test report. If the promised update is released during this test phase, we are confident that the final test will be significantly more positive than the first impressions.

The Doogee Mix is a successful overall package for its price, which has a lot to offer from a technical point of view. There is a need for improvements in the software, but Doogee has shown that it works. Bottom line we can recommend a purchase recommendation, especially if you can get it for 170 - 180 €, the Doogee mix is a good deal. Who is still undecided, should keep this review in mind.
