Spotify har gjort om hjärt-knappen som visas ovanför algoritmbaserade spellistor och i uppspelningsvyn. Nu visas istället en plus-ikon (+) som är en kombination av den föregående knappen och av menyalternativet ”lägg till i spellista”.

Nya knappen låter användare både spara och favoritmarkera musik och spellistor, samt lägga spår till valfria spellistor. Att lägga en låt till spellistor genom plus-knappen kräver två tryck på knappen, vilket illustreras i videon nedan. Enligt Spotify innebär förändringen ett ”mer strömlinjeformat sätt att spara favoritmusik och poddar”.
